Plaid and Vintage

Hello there loves! It is the 1st of the month and the last chapter in the year 2017 so let it be great!! I am back this time to share a gem I found recently at a local thrift store. It is a Plaid and Vintage looking  skirt. I fell in love with it instantly.

I have mentioned it before that I love thrifting, and my mom does too so we make a date of it when we go. I remember going to the thriftstores as a kid with my mom and wondering why we couldn’t afford to go to the actual mall to shop. Now that i’m older it makes me appreciate what I have now, so going thrifting with her holds a special place in my heart.

This Skirt was perfect for the holiday festivities last weekend! I like to look for pieces like this that I know are trendy but original. I paired this midi skirt with my tall boots from Asos and a faux leather jacket to give it an edginess. I love how this all came together perfect for the season of joy! If you have patience do yourself a favor and head to your local thrift shop to find cute vintage pieces such as this one! Let me know what you find?!!!
